- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give this negative stars, I would. I asked them to design my baby shower cake for my baby boy and when I went to pick it up, I found out it's literally CUT IN HALF. The lady who works there told me she can't do anything about it and I either have to take it or leave it. Very rude, I'll never go back. STAY AWAY.By ghufran esaa, August 21, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Bales has amazing customer service. From their bakery to their deli to their meat counter, they will take custom orders, and the results are always outstanding. Their custom cakes are top notch. The doughnuts are made in house, and are amazing (I was even able to custom order some for my wife's birthday). The deli has a great selection of meats and cheeses. I recommend the rosemary ham. Every Christmas we order a Painted Hills, grass fed, bone-in prime rib. They will even prepare the prime rib by cutting off the bones and tying them back on. Their cashiers are also very friendly, and are quick to get you through the checkout.By Joshua Poland, November 04, 2016
